Ok this is probably an exercise in a vanity.
I have been thinking about blogging for a while to be honest. Possibly just to keep track of ideas thoughts stuff I m doing. Also Ive been guilty of goal setting and then not going through with them probably because I don t make a thing of them. This year has to be different.
So the goals are here
Health : Be below 15 stone before the end of December 2011 Current 17 stone ( Not Sure if I ll make this one )
Get Cholesterol down to below the very high level of 4.9 last test April 7.3 (really need to make this one )
Fitness and stamina : I currently Bike From Cardiff City Centre to Cardiff Bay Leisure Centre as Part of my regular exercise routine I want to get that below 15mins the route
Also I want to be able to once a month at least Cycle to and from Work Barry to Cardiff
that s enough of ambitions for now although more will be coming I m sure . Along the way we ll have my random musings and thoughts, training times and photos of walks with the family and recipes oh yes the recipes food is one of my big things I m dieting but I don t believe that means my food should be plain , boring or even not tasty so my weekly main meals will appear this will be a two fold use it ll mean I ll be able to find them when I need them and also if we go back to riverford http://www.riverford.co.uk I ll be organising this anyway on and offline
